Broccoli Macaroni Pasta

Ingredients
- 2cups Macaroni
- 1cup Broccoli (cut into small florets)
- 1Onion (finely chopped)
- 1Tomato (finely chopped)
- 1-2Green chilies (chopped)
- 1tsp Ginger garlic paste
- ¼tsp Turmeric powder
- 1tsp Red chili powder
- 1tsp Coriander powder
- ½tsp Garam masala
- Salt(to taste)
- 1tbsp Oil
- 3cups Water
- 1tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
- Add onion, fry till golden.
- Add green chilies and ginger garlic paste, fry 1 minute.
- Add tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, cook till soft.
- Add broccoli florets, mix well, fry 1 minute.
- Add macaroni and water, stir gently.
- Close the lid, cook on medium flame for 2 whistles (or 8-10 minutes).
- Let pressure release naturally, open, sprinkle garam masala and coriander leaves.
- Mix gently and serve hot.
