Broccoli Macaroni Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2cups Macaroni
  • 1cup Broccoli (cut into small florets)
  • 1Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1Tomato (finely chopped)
  • 1-2Green chilies (chopped)
  • 1tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • ¼tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1tsp Red chili powder
  • 1tsp Coriander powder
  • ½tsp Garam masala
  • Salt(to taste)
  • 1tbsp Oil
  • 3cups Water
  • 1tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
  2. Add onion, fry till golden.
  3. Add green chilies and ginger garlic paste, fry 1 minute.
  4. Add tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, cook till soft.
  5. Add broccoli florets, mix well, fry 1 minute.
  6. Add macaroni and water, stir gently.
  7. Close the lid, cook on medium flame for 2 whistles (or 8-10 minutes).
  8. Let pressure release naturally, open, sprinkle garam masala and coriander leaves.
  9. Mix gently and serve hot.
