Butter Garlic Paneer Fried Rice

Buttery Fried Rice at the end of the day hits different

Ingredients

  • 200gPaneer (cubed)
  • 2cups Cooked rice (cooled basmati rice)
  • 1tbspButter
  • 8cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1-2Green chilies (chopped)
  • ½tsp Black pepper powder
  • Salt(to taste)
  • 1tbsp Oil
  • 1tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Heat butter and oil in a pan.
  2. Add garlic, fry till golden and fragrant.
  3. Add paneer cubes, fry till golden on all sides, remove and set aside.
  4. In same pan add green chilies, fry 2 minutes.
  5. Add black pepper powder, salt, mix well.
  6. Add cooked rice, toss gently on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add fried paneer back, mix lightly.
  8. Sprinkle coriander leaves, serve hot.
