Butter Garlic Paneer Fried Rice

Buttery Fried Rice at the end of the day hits different
Ingredients
- 200gPaneer (cubed)
- 2cups Cooked rice (cooled basmati rice)
- 1tbspButter
- 8cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
- 1-2Green chilies (chopped)
- ½tsp Black pepper powder
- Salt(to taste)
- 1tbsp Oil
- 1tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
Instructions
- Heat butter and oil in a pan.
- Add garlic, fry till golden and fragrant.
- Add paneer cubes, fry till golden on all sides, remove and set aside.
- In same pan add green chilies, fry 2 minutes.
- Add black pepper powder, salt, mix well.
- Add cooked rice, toss gently on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add fried paneer back, mix lightly.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves, serve hot.
