Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
- Main:
- Chicken:250g (boneless, small pieces).
- 3eggs:increase eggs if you like more eggs
- Biyyam(Rice): 2 cups (cooked, cooled basmati).
- Carrot,Beans: ½ cup each (finely chopped).
- SpringOnions: ¼ cup (optional)
- Marinadechicken
- Allam-VellulliPaste : 1 tsp.
- KaramPodi : ½ tsp.
- Pasupu: ¼ tsp.
- Uppu:To taste.
- Oil:1 tsp.
Instructions
- Marinate Chicken:
- Chicken pieces ni allam-vellulli paste, karam podi, pasupu, uppu, nune tho mix chesi 15 min marinate cheyandi.
- Air Fry Chicken:
- Air fryer ni 180°C (360°F) ki preheat cheyandi. Chicken ni basket lo arrange chesi, 8-10 min cook cheyandi, halfway flip chesi. Set aside.
- Prep Veggies:
- carrot, beans chop chesi ready cheskondi
- Cook Fried Rice:
- Pan lo 2 tbsp nune heat chesi, ullipayalu, pachimirapa fry cheyandi. Carrot, beans add chesi 3 min cook cheyandi.
- Evi pan lo oka side ki petti eggs manchiga beat chesi sauté cheyandi Cooked rice, air-fried chicken, soy sauce, vinegar, kaaram you can also add garam masala and daniya powder, uppu add chesi high flame lo 2-3 min toss cheyandi. - Kothimeera and onions tho garnish chesi, hot ga serve cheyandi
