Chicken Fried Rice

Chinese dish with a touch of Indian spices.

Ingredients

  • Main:
  • Chicken:250g (boneless, small pieces).
  • 3eggs:increase eggs if you like more eggs
  • Biyyam(Rice): 2 cups (cooked, cooled basmati).
  • Carrot,Beans: ½ cup each (finely chopped).
  • SpringOnions: ¼ cup (optional)
  • Marinadechicken
  • Allam-VellulliPaste : 1 tsp.
  • KaramPodi : ½ tsp.
  • Pasupu: ¼ tsp.
  • Uppu:To taste.
  • Oil:1 tsp.

Instructions

  1. Marinate Chicken:
  2. Chicken pieces ni allam-vellulli paste, karam podi, pasupu, uppu, nune tho mix chesi 15 min marinate cheyandi.
  3. Air Fry Chicken:
  4. Air fryer ni 180°C (360°F) ki preheat cheyandi. Chicken ni basket lo arrange chesi, 8-10 min cook cheyandi, halfway flip chesi. Set aside.
  5. Prep Veggies:
  6. carrot, beans chop chesi ready cheskondi
  7. Cook Fried Rice:
  8. Pan lo 2 tbsp nune heat chesi, ullipayalu, pachimirapa fry cheyandi. Carrot, beans add chesi 3 min cook cheyandi.
  9. Evi pan lo oka side ki petti eggs manchiga beat chesi sauté cheyandi Cooked rice, air-fried chicken, soy sauce, vinegar, kaaram you can also add garam masala and daniya powder, uppu add chesi high flame lo 2-3 min toss cheyandi.   10. Kothimeera and onions tho garnish chesi, hot ga serve cheyandi
  11. Last one: if you want it more healthy to have fiber broccoli, bell peppers add cheskoch so that you will complete your macros
