Chili Garlic Egg noodle's with Indian Touch…
Ingredients
- -Noodles (Egg Noodles): 200g
- -Eggs: 2 (beaten)
- -Vellulli (Garlic): 8-10 cloves (finely chopped)
- -Pachimirapa (Green Chilies): 2 (slit or chopped)
- -Carrot: 1 (sliced thin)
- -Bell Peppers (Capsicum): 1 (sliced, any color)
- -Spring Onions: ¼ cup (chopped)
- -Soy Sauce: 1 tbsp
- -Red Chili Sauce: 1 tsp
- -Karam Podi (Red Chili Powder): ½ tsp
- -Miriyala Podi (Black Pepper): ¼ tsp
- -Salt: To taste
- -Nune (Oil): 2 tbsp
Instructions
- - Boil noodles in salted water, drain, rinse with cold water, set aside.
- - Heat oil in a pan, add vellulli, pachimirapa, fry till aromatic (1 min).
- - Add beaten eggs, scramble quickly, remove, set aside.
- - In same pan, add carrot, bell peppers, stir-fry 3 min on high.
- - Add noodles, scrambled eggs, soy sauce, chili sauce, karam podi, miriyala podi, uppu.
- - Toss on high heat for 2-3 min, add spring onions, kothimeera.
- - Serve hot with extra chili sauce if desired!
