Hot Egg Fried Rice on a Friday Night

Ingredients

  • -Eggs: 3 (beaten)
  • -Onions: 1 (finely chopped)
  • -cabbage: 100grams (finely chopped)
  • -Carrot: 1 (finely chopped)
  • -Beans: ½ cup (finely chopped)
  • -Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
  • -Turmeric: ¼ tsp
  • -Red Chili Powder: ½ tsp
  • -Soy Sauce: 1 tbsp
  • -Salt: To taste
  • -Oil: 2 tbsp
  • -Coriander Leaves: 1 tbsp (chopped)

Instructions

  1. - Cook rice, cool completely koncham 1/2 glass water thakuva tho cook cheyandi better.
  2. - Heat oil in a pan, add beaten eggs, scramble quickly, remove.
  3. - In same pan, fry onions, allam-vellulli paste for 2 min.
  4. - Add carrot, beans, stir-fry 3 min on high.
  5. - Add cooled rice, scrambled eggs, turmeric, red chili powder, salt, soy sauce.
  6. - Toss on high heat for 2-3 min, kothimeera.
  7. - Serve hot with onion and lemon on side.
