Hot Egg Fried Rice on a Friday Night
Ingredients
- -Eggs: 3 (beaten)
- -Onions: 1 (finely chopped)
- -cabbage: 100grams (finely chopped)
- -Carrot: 1 (finely chopped)
- -Beans: ½ cup (finely chopped)
- -Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
- -Turmeric: ¼ tsp
- -Red Chili Powder: ½ tsp
- -Soy Sauce: 1 tbsp
- -Salt: To taste
- -Oil: 2 tbsp
- -Coriander Leaves: 1 tbsp (chopped)
Instructions
- - Cook rice, cool completely koncham 1/2 glass water thakuva tho cook cheyandi better.
- - Heat oil in a pan, add beaten eggs, scramble quickly, remove.
- - In same pan, fry onions, allam-vellulli paste for 2 min.
- - Add carrot, beans, stir-fry 3 min on high.
- - Add cooled rice, scrambled eggs, turmeric, red chili powder, salt, soy sauce.
- - Toss on high heat for 2-3 min, kothimeera.
- - Serve hot with onion and lemon on side.
