Ingredients
- -Paneer: 200g (cubed or crumbled)
- -Allam-Vellulli Paste (Ginger-Garlic Paste): 1 tsp
- -curd : 2 tsp
- -Pasupu (Turmeric): ¼ tsp
- -Karam Podi (Red Chili Powder): 1 tsp
- -Dhaniyala Podi (Coriander Powder): 1 tsp
- -Jeera Podi (Cumin Powder): ½ tsp
- -Garam Masala: ½ tsp
- -Uppu (Salt): To taste
- -Rotis or Tortillas: 4 (homemade or store-bought)
- -Lettuce: 1 cup (chopped or leaves)
- -Nimmakaya Rasam (Lime Juice): 1 tsp
Instructions
- - Marinate paneer with pasupu, karam podi, dhaniyala podi, jeera podi, uppu, curd for 10 min.
- - Heat nune in a pan, any type of vegetables you have
- - Add marinated paneer toss on high for 3-4 min.
- - Sprinkle kothimeera, set aside.
- - Warm rotis, spread pudina chutney
- - Place lettuce, paneer filling, drizzle nimmakaya rasam with curd on top to make more gut friendly
