Ingredients

  • -Paneer: 200g (cubed or crumbled)
  • -Allam-Vellulli Paste (Ginger-Garlic Paste): 1 tsp
  • -curd : 2 tsp
  • -Pasupu (Turmeric): ¼ tsp
  • -Karam Podi (Red Chili Powder): 1 tsp
  • -Dhaniyala Podi (Coriander Powder): 1 tsp
  • -Jeera Podi (Cumin Powder): ½ tsp
  • -Garam Masala: ½ tsp
  • -Uppu (Salt): To taste
  • -Rotis or Tortillas: 4 (homemade or store-bought)
  • -Lettuce: 1 cup (chopped or leaves)
  • -Nimmakaya Rasam (Lime Juice): 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. - Marinate paneer with pasupu, karam podi, dhaniyala podi, jeera podi, uppu, curd for 10 min.
  2. - Heat nune in a pan, any type of vegetables you have
  3. - Add marinated paneer toss on high for 3-4 min.
  4. - Sprinkle kothimeera, set aside.
  5. - Warm rotis, spread pudina chutney
  6. - Place lettuce, paneer filling, drizzle nimmakaya rasam with curd on top to make more gut friendly
